ACCEPTANCE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE SARASOTA HIGH SCHOOL - FIELD HOUSE WEIGHT ROOM IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
Description
The project manager has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and the final punch list. The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents. A copy of the final punch list available for review at the Construction Services Department.
Recommendation
That the work performed by Willis A. Smith Construction, Inc. for the Sarasota High School - Field House Weight Room Improvement project be accepted as substantially complete as of 12/11/2007.
